Shipping & delivery policy

Digital products

Everything sold in our shop is a digital download. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.

Your download link appears on the confirmation screen as soon as payment succeeds, and a copy is emailed to the address on the order. Links remain valid for 30 days.

If something goes wrong

If payment succeeded but no link arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact contact@vintorex.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Service engagements

Delivery timelines for agency work are set out in the proposal and statement of work agreed before the engagement starts.
