What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or newsletter form we store the name, email address, phone number, company and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from.
When you buy a digital download we store your name, email, phone number and the order details. Card and banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, deliver products you have paid for, and — if you subscribed — send occasional marketing emails you can opt out of at any time.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are kept while there is an active business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order records are kept as long as tax rules require.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@vintorex.com.
