Where we stand on refunds for digital downloads and services.

Digital downloads
Because files are delivered immediately, digital products are generally non-refundable once the download link has been used.
If a file is corrupted, does not match its description, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Services
Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Work already delivered in the notice period is payable.
Project deposits cover work scheduled and started and are non-refundable once the project has begun.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Email contact@vintorex.com to raise a request.
